Rhosgoch is a brown trout fishery that is also trickle stocked through the season with trout up to 1.5lbs in weight.
It is a short uphill walk from the road where there is ample parking.
A picturesque lake which fishes well particularly when the Coch-y- Bonddu and sedge are on the wing, evening hatches of the latter can be significant and provide great sport.
Anglers are warned that there are boggy patches in places around the lake, but most is easily fishable.
Fly fishing only is allowed.
